When to use this

You have real customer questions living in a help center export, Zendesk tickets, or a support Slack channel, but no FAQ page yet. Use this to build the page and its schema from raw support content in one pass — for re-schema-ing a page that already has copy, use jsonld-from-page-content instead.

The pattern

Pastes as plain text
Below the line is raw support content for my product: a mix of help
center articles, support ticket resolutions, and repeated customer
questions. Take the product name from the content itself.

Turn this into a publishable FAQ:
1. Extract the distinct questions customers actually ask, in their own
phrasing where possible — real search intent beats polished corporate
   phrasing.
2. Merge near-duplicate questions into one. Don't list "How do I cancel?"
and "How do I cancel my subscription?" separately.
3. Write a direct, self-contained answer for each: 2-4 sentences, no "it
depends" hedging, no "see above" references.
4. Drop any question you can't answer confidently from the content given.
   Do not invent an answer.
5. Order questions by how frequently the underlying issue appears in the
   source content, most common first.
6. Output two things: (a) the FAQ as plain markdown ready to publish on a
   page, (b) the matching FAQPage JSON-LD in a <script type="application/
ld+json"> block, with mainEntity entries in the same order as (a).

Paste the raw support content below this line:

## Frequently Asked Questions

### How do I cancel my Flowly subscription?
Go to Settings > Billing > Cancel Plan. Your workspace stays active until
the end of the current billing period, then automatically downgrades to
the free tier. No email or support ticket is required.

### Can I export my data before canceling?
Yes. Settings > Data > Export All gives you a CSV of every project and
task. Exports are generated on request and emailed as a download link
within a few minutes for most workspaces.

### Why am I being charged for seats I removed?
Seat count is billed based on the peak number of active members during
the billing cycle, not the count at cancellation time. Removing a seat
mid-cycle takes effect on the next invoice, not the current one.

### Do you offer refunds after the trial ends?
Refunds are issued for annual plans canceled within 14 days of renewal.
Monthly plans are not refunded for partial periods; cancel before the
next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Why it works

The questions customers actually type into a support ticket are closer to real search and prompt phrasing than anything a marketing team would write from scratch. Mining that raw language, then discarding anything you can't answer confidently, keeps the FAQ both citable by AI engines and honest.
