When to use this
You have a pile of raw customer feedback — support transcripts, NPS comments, review exports, community messages — and need actual testimonials for a landing page or case study, without an agent paraphrasing a customer's words into generic marketing mush you can't actually defend if someone checks the source.
The pattern
Below the line at the end of this block is raw customer feedback. It may include support chats, reviews, or messages, in any format.
Scan it for lines that are genuine praise WITH a specific, concrete detail attached — a number, a before/after comparison, a named workflow or feature. Skip generic praise with nothing behind it ("love it," "great tool," "works well") — that's not usable as a testimonial.
For each usable line you find, output:
1. The exact quote, verbatim. Do not edit, polish, or rephrase the customer's own words.
2. Attribution: name, role, and company if given in the source. If not given, write "ATTRIBUTION UNKNOWN, confirm before publishing".
3. What specific claim it supports (speed, ease of use, support quality, ROI, a specific feature).
4. A suggested one-line caption for context if the quote needs it to make sense standalone.
If a quote is long, you may trim it for length, but mark the cut with an ellipsis and never add words that weren't there. Never merge words from two different people into one quote, even if they're making the same point.

Why it works
Forcing verbatim capture with a specific-detail filter stops the agent from generating polished-sounding testimonial copy that reads as fabricated the moment someone checks the original source. The unknown-attribution flag is what stops an unverified quote from accidentally shipping to a public page with a name attached that was never confirmed.
